I am Gallup Global Strengths Coach (GGSC) who enjoys long-term learning and who believes in a strengths-based approach and multidisciplinarity. I have studied Psychodrama Diploma with Ben Rivers, PhD, Somatic Experiencing with Somatic Experiencing Institute (SEI), and IFS Level 1 with Richard Schwartz and Paul Ginter. I also have a certificate in Group Therapy from the Egyptian Association for Group Therapies (EAGT).  On my day job, I work as an Organizational Consultant. I have worked with different industries in Psychometric Assessments, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Strategy Formation. I have a B.Sc. in Business Administration (Cairo University), and an MA in Anthropology(AUC), graduate diplomas in Psychodrama (TSM), Professional Certificate in Group Therapy (EAGT), Samar is interested in using theater elements in solving organizational challenges. I am also a theater enthusiast who believes in the power of theater exercises in healing people and in developing characters. I have studied a three-year intensive Physical Theater Program at NAS (Nahda Arts School for Social Theater).
